Support & Trouble Shooting
If you’re having a problem with your card printer, software, you name it, call us. Our Manufacturer Trained Technicians would be happy to help you figure out what’s wrong. It’s their whole job. They wait with eager anticipation for you to call with a problem so that they can save the day.
And the best part is, you don’t even need to be a current customer. We just love fixing card printers that much.

Full Service
Our Manufacturer Trained Technicians are so talented that they can do more than just figure out what’s wrong with your card printer, they can fix it too. And that’s where our amazing Full Service comes in.
Whatever you need, ID Edge can do it.
Installation, training, repairs, cleaning, calibration, we do it all. And we offer it all at various levels and price points to meet your individual requirements.
Even better, we offer all of our services both In-House and On-Site. Which means you can ship us your printer to be fixed and sent back to you, but if you want, we also make house calls. We’re based in Colorado, so if you’re local, we can come to you. And honestly, if you feel like buying the plane tickets, we’ll go anywhere in the country.
