Datacard Half Panel YMCKT ribbon has 5 panels for printing high-quality images onto cards. The yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels are mixed together at different combinations to create a wide range of colors and color variations. The color panels will only print on 1/2 of the card (front side). The black resin (K) panel can print one-color (black) text, images and barcodes on the entire front side of a card. The overlay (T) panel is a clear layer applied to the front side of a card to add durability to the images and text.
Half-panel color ribbons produce more prints per roll than a standard YMCKT ribbon.
