What is your policy on Returns and Exchanges?
Exchange items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected. For immediate exchanges, you can purchase the new item, have it shipped, and we will credit your account when we receive the original item from you. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged accordingly. All returned items will be inspected for damage, and charges will be assessed before a new item is sent. ID Edge is not responsible for damage during shipping. Please review the repacking guidelines above.

When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Back orders and drop-shipments from other manufacturers are usually shipped within 1-3 weeks. (Please note all custom orders will vary in ship times, please talk with your sales associate for this time frame.)
All orders are shipped complete unless instructions to back order or cancel back orders are received at the time the order is placed. We will follow up on any order approaching the scheduled due date that will not be able to ship complete. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive so we can schedule an appropriate ship date.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited air shipments are available. For more shipping information please view our Shipping and Delivery policies.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship exclusively UPS. Trucking companies are used for large orders. If another carrier is preferred, we can ship with that carrier using the customer’s account numbers.
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage, and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. ID Edge is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner.
Regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am -5 pm MT. We do not guarantee the arrival times of packages being delivered to residential addresses.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE UPS ground shipping for orders over $99.
Our shipping costs are based on UPS zone rates. You can view your shipping costs in your shopping cart, once you have added an item to your shopping cart.

Are you able to rush my order?
If your order needs to be expedited, please order by phone so we can get the order processed immediately. Only in-stock items are available for same-day shipment.
If a product is out of stock, it usually takes 1-3 weeks to receive it. However, if you need something faster, the item may be available for an expedited drop ship. Please call us to find out.
Do you ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses?
We do ship to APOs and FPOs, however, because of the high rise of fraud activity, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We require a physical mailing address in order to ensure the delivery of your order.
I didn’t get what I wanted. What do I do?
Didn’t get what you wanted? We’ll make it right. We want your experience with ID Edge to be pleasant and productive.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items may not be returned:
- Discontinued items, Special Order items, and Consumables
- Custom made Items
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
- Items not purchased from ID Edge, Inc.
- Printers must not be used, and will be checked for card counts upon return
- Cards printed will be billed at $3.00 per card
- Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a New part # by the manufacturer
- Product that is visibly damaged

What forms of payment do you accept?
ID Edge is proud to accept any major credit card: Via, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you include sales tax in orders?
If you live within the state of Colorado, yes. We are obligated by law to charge sales tax if an order originates and is shipped to any address in the state of Colorado. If you are tax exempt please let us know and send your tax exempt certificate to your sales associate.
All other orders will not include sales tax.
Can I keep my credit card on file with ID Edge?
We do not keep any credit card numbers on file for security reasons.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged the day that your order ships. Most orders ship the day the order is received.
Is my credit card safe with ID Edge?
Yes! IDEdge.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.
Are NET 30 Terms available with ID Edge?
However, credit card payments are the only acceptable payment form for online orders.

Do you perform printer repairs and service?
Yes! We offer you with expert support, troubleshooting and extended services for all your needs. Our staff of manufacturer-trained technicians will be happy to help you figure out what’s wrong and get your product running the way it should. Does my printer have a warranty?
Most printer manufacturers offer a 2 or three year warranty. Some offer a loaner program, so if your printer needs to be sent in to us for a repair, we’ll send out a replacement for temporary use while your printer is being repair. Additionally, some extended warranties are available for purchase.
