Composite Cards are made up of 80% PVC and 20% Polyester. The composite cards are stronger than the 100% PVC cards. Composite Cards are Stronger and less brittle making them ideal for colder climates. Composite Cards have a flat and even surfaces that minimize the risk of printhead damage and allow the cards to move smoothly through the printhead to ensure clear and crisp images and barcodes are produced.
