Evolis Registered Globe Design Hologram Overlay Ribbon – Genuine Globe Design is a transparent ribbon that has embedded 3D globe images that is used for adding more security to cards. The Evolis R4213 laminate is embedded with Evolis’s registered Globe holographic design, which increases the security of your cards from tampering and counterfeiting attempts. The ribbon uses a special technique called HRI (High Refractive Index) that only allows the 3D globe images to be seen when a card is held at a certain angle. The holographic overlay adds a level of security to a card and keeps it from being fraudulently duplicated. The holographic overlay also protects the card from wear and tear, UV light exposure and other environmental factors.
