When you are ready to ship your printer(s) in for cleaning, please follow these instructions:
1) Please use the original packing box that came with the printer to ship it back to us. If you do not have the original box available, please wrap the equipment generously in 3 inches of (large bubble) bubble wrap and secure with tape. Provide a minimum of an additional 2 inches of additional packaging material (DO NOT USE ANY PACKING PEANUTS) on all sides of the bubble wrapped printer. Use a sturdy double-walled cardboard box.
2) Please remove any loose objects from inside the printer (i.e. Ribbons, Laminate, Re-transfer Film, Cards, Card Weights, Cleaning Rollers, Keys, etc…). Loose objects left in the printer could damage it in shipping.
3) Please ship the printer with the power supply, but not the printer-to-pc communication cable (i.e. USB, serial, or parallel cords).
4) Please ship the printer to:

5) Make sure to insure your printer during shipment for the amount you paid for the printer in case it gets damaged during shipment.
