For these cases we offer the below installation packages that can be purchased when a new printer is purchased, or if you just need a refresher course to help a new employee. The below packages are for remote installations, but we also offer On-Site support if you are closer to ID Edge.
- Basic Package: At only $125, this is the perfect solution for most small organizations. With this package you will get about an hour of support in setting up a new ID printer. One of our expert technicians will assist you with the installation process, provide you with training on how to use the ID printing software, and will help you set up a template for printing cards.
- Silver Package: At a price of only $199, the Silver package is a great solution for either small or medium sized companies (this is also dictated by the type of software you choose). With the Silver package, a client will get support for about two hours, which is enough time to cover more advanced ID printing techniques. This solution is a wonderful choice for organizations that have more involved printing needs and need a bit more initial training and support.
- Gold Package: At $299 for four hours of support, the Gold package is an amazing value. It’s typically used by larger organizations with very involved printing needs. This package covers comprehensive training of advanced techniques, and we’ll even set up four templates for you!
All of the support for these packages is typically conducted over the phone and our techs will also remotely access your computer to help install the software and give you hands-on, visual training on the software. What if I need Technical support?
Some cases, however, are quite difficult and require a lot of time to resolve. For such situations, we offer our tech support at $150/hr.
